Services
Our Ipswich setting is located close to the town centre, college and local amenities. The environment is natural, tranquil and calm using lots of natural furniture, plants and greenery. We have just completed our Curiosity Approach accreditation which allows the children to learn and development through Loose parts play and open-ended resources.
We are based in an industrial unit which gives the environment a very bright and airy feel. The environment has been adapted to feel more homely and calm to help the children learn and develop using their magical imaginations. We use Loose parts and authentic resources, to help the children progress and learn through stimulating invitations to learning.
Special Educational Needs (SEN) is very important within our setting. We have two qualified SENCo's to help support your children with their learning and development. We carry out observations to highlight where the child might need extra support. Our children's keyworker will then support the child with an IEP (Individual Education Plan) and record all the child's development in their progress record.
We are open all year round for 51 weeks of the year, for children 12 weeks - 5yrs. Our opening times are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. We offer government funding for 2, 3 and 4yr olds with 15hrs a week or 30hrs a week for working parents. We also offer the childcare voucher schemes or tax free childcare.

We came to visit Little Leaders as our setting is just starting out on the curiosity approach. The set up just took our breath away! The atmosphere is calm and it was lovely to see all the children engaged in their chosen activities.
The ladies at Little Leaders are very clearly passionate about their approach and this evident in the activities… that are available for the children.
We came away with a fresh outlook and a spark which has been ignited which we can pass on to the rest of our team!
