Keith was recommended to me when I bought a property 4 years ago and needed help sorting it out. Comprehensive financial review and soon after a great mortgage deal sorted. Also discussed other financial options.
We've had 2x remortgages sorted since then and it's been professional, easy and the right deal found. And VERY quickly moved to sort imminent remortgage just today given interest rate change. Very on the front-foot. I'd highly recommend!

We first met Steve 2 years ago when warners was recommended to me. I was told that i had only a 5% chance if getting a mortgage due to my poor credit rating. However Steve believed in me and knew that the rating was a historic reading and not what I was capable of paying in the here and now. Steve worked hard to get a mortgage for me by a lender that would help me. Two years on I am debt free and remortgaged with Steve and now have a proper normal rate mortgage. Craig helped us secure our mortgage and also organised life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection at our request. Craig was excellent from start to finish. We had numerous zoom meetings and he always made sure to fit these around our busy schedules. As first time buyers, we were unsure of the process and Craig always answered questions and made everything clear and manageable. Craig was ever patient, available and always helpful, I cannot recommend him highly enough and we will be revisiting him when it's time to review our products.

I received excellent service from Paul Catchpole at Warners around my mortgage needs. My requirements were complex, so I used Warners for the second time rather than work through the process with individual lenders myself. I needed a quick service too, and I'm really very happy that I had Paul on my side. Paul's very professional and knowledgeable, so his years in the business are clear. Keith is worth his weight in gold! He took the time to call us, outside of normal office hours to accommodate a doctors schedule, and talk us through the ins and outs of mortgages, wills, life and home insurance. He found us great deals on all of the above and when the sale was going through used his influence at HSBC to accelerate the process so we could complete within 7 weeks of offer. Could not recommend him and his team more.
