We believe that continued sound financial planning will assist in creating a sense of 'well-being' for our clients, which is where the company's Latin name is derived from.
On receiving an enquiry, we will arrange an initial meeting which can be at our offices, your home, or your place of work. The purposes of the initial meeting would be to establish whether we are able to assist with your needs and objectives and to discuss the fees for our services should we be instructed to proceed.
We are able to advise on financial products available from all product providers available in our market. We use industry leading computer software to research, compare and select the most suitable plans currently available. We are therefore in a position to make arrangements to maximize the benefits to our clients.
Our Terms of Business will be provided to the client prior to business being transacted so that the relationship between the client and the firm is clearly stated and understood. This will normally take place at the first meeting. Kieran is a top guy, I spoke to several mortgage brokers and Kieran stands out amongst the crowd. He is on hand to help at all hours and usually replies within a matter of minutes. Kieran has provided countless amounts of advice and guidance. He was able to find a solution which no other broker has suggested that enabled me to borrow what I needed. Me and my partner were first time buyers with issues and at one point we didn’t think we would be in the position to buy. Thankfully, with the incredible help of Brad and Georgina, we managed to get a mortgage. Georgina was incredible with helping us through the toughest parts and was very responsive. What a journey!! Finally moved into our first home in the UK today and we are so happy!! It was a tough one as I had been in Canada for the last 2 years (was still in Canada while the house was going through), I own a UK business (paid myself a very low wage), and my Canadian wife has no status in the UK so she can’t go on the mortgage (thus lowering borrowing potential).
