This client came to see me with a number of different insurance policies in place that he thought could be excess to requirements. Meanwhile he wanted to start saving to buy a holiday home. He had nothing in place at that time. The client came to see me with 7 different policies. He had 3 joint life assurance and critical illness policies, a family income policy, and an income protection policy.

I had 3 pension pots ( Defined Contribution ) that I wanted to move in to one Drawdown Plan prior to retirement. I contacted Sarah who arranged a meeting at her office with my wife and me. We discussed our plans for the future, both lifestyle and financial. Sarah patiently described the path we should take to get the best route to a comfortable retirement while amswering our questions in laymans terms. There was no "push to sell " and we both felt very at ease and trusting of the way Sarah dealt with the whole process, culminating in Sarah creating a " Suitablity Report " which was an easy to understand

Having search Unbiased for recommended financial advisors in our area we selected 3 to review. Having looked at the level and quality of advice offered we chose to appoint Leabourne Financial Advice. Despite being in lockdown due to coronavirus we were not disappointed with the service provided by Sarah Pohlinger.

I have been so impressed with Sarah Pohlinger of Leabourne Financial Advice. She mentions in passing that she has 25 years of investment experience, but when you press her on it you learn that she was a senior investment fund manager in the City of London managing massive funds - in Europe, Eastern Europe and South America. And now all that investment experience is available for us, Joe Public, to make use of!
