Services
Patsy's Kitchen Ltd, which is trading as Jerky Fridays, is the brainwave of me, Patsy Williams. I was at home thinking about a takeaway that delivers Caribbean food and realised there was nothing on the market that provided this at that time. I then began to wonder if I could deliver such a service to a range of customers.
So every month we invite our Facebook followers to participate in our Competition. All they have to do is like & share our page with friends/family and pick a number between 1-50. The winner receives either a 20 or 30 FREE JERKY FRIDAY MEAL to be collected from our Tulse Hill HQ. So here's our lucky winners.

Based in Tulse Hill, London, Patsy's Kitchen Ltd t/a Jerky Fridays specialises in providing customers with an affordable Caribbean/Jamaican food delivery service where we are trialing doing our own deliveries. We also provide delicious Hot & Cold Buffets for all occasions to suit everyone's taste and affordability.
I have a passion for cooking whether its a family meal or a feast for an occassion. I'm a true believer in "Love what you do and do what you love" wherever possible in life. One of my signature dishes is Jerk Chicken and Jerk Pork. Most people will pressume that these dishes in particular are going to be hot, spicy and peppery.
Patsy was confident and relaxed keeping everyone interested even when there were some unexpected hitches. I believe it was here first time demonstrating, well done! The dumplings were fantastic and looked easy to make. It was so nice to be able to taste all of the food at the end of the session. It was interesting to learn how to cook saltfish because it turns up in so many cultures.
