Really disappointing take away after reading good reviews! Samosas very greasy and ‘doughy’. Lamb in rogan josh over cooked and sauce rather tasteless. Prawn mango curry tasted more like a cocktail than curry. I expected it to be sweet but it was inedible sicky sweet. Aubergine curry greasy and tasteless. Very disappointed.

Possibly the worst Indian takeaway we have ever had. We ordered meat and veg samosas, both were soggy and undercooked and under seasoned. The tandoori, the paneer especially which is purported to be marinated in spices was so bland it lacked salt, it was supposedly roasted with onions and tomatoes and both were disgusting and raw.
The garlic naan tasted like a third class pizza from a chain brand, bloody awful. A paid for onion chutney was raw chopped onion with a couple of desultory coriander leaves lost in the fray. This bears no resemblance to chutney.

Just moved in recently in the area. Asked the local people which place to eat drink, an i couldnt belive how everyone kept going on about the cumin club. Those guys that work there are top guys know their trade and are extremly polite.
Now i know why everyone goes there. Allways good im there 3x a week. Nuff said.

So cold today, wanted to treat myself and be warmed up from the inside. The friendly guys at Cumin Club really hit the spot with a delicious, meaty chicken chat (off menu) and a not-too-spicy jalfrezi. This was a four star performance, sometimes it can be three - but overall this little place offers good food at good prices, and always with a warm welcome.
