My name is Hannah and this is me. Big hair, body positive, always on the bright side! I have avoided a cringe-worthy super-corporate 'third person' story and have decided to just write about myself, how I stumbled into this industry and how BRIDE by Aster came to be. I finished my university degree in 2009 and had NO idea what to do with my life.
We offer dresses that are unique and all quite different from one another to offer variety for our brides. We hand pick our designers from Holland, Hong Kong, U.S and the UK are all available in a range of sizes and colours. We have given you a taste of what is in store below, but to see our full collections, please contact us to book an appointment.
Having worked in the wedding and private events industry for almost a decade before launching our beautiful wedding dress shop in Surrey, we are proud to know some of the best service providers and venues in Surrey and London. We are always willing to support our brides help to find their ideal suppliers and we have a little white book full to the brim of Surrey venues, photographers, caterers, cake makers, florists and entertainers.
As much as we love little people, we also really would love you to have a carefree appointment. The appointments are quite long (and dull for kids lol) and there are lots of breakables in the shop. I bought my dress here in October after an initial appointment in August. Hannah and her team were just amazing from the get go and instantly put me at ease. I didn't really know what style dress I wanted before I got there, but Hannah was so patient and let me try on as many dresses as I could, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I had the best time and genuinely wish I could do it all over again! Thank you so much everyone at Bride by Aster!

Where do I even begin. As a teenager, I used to drive past this shop and admire the dresses in the window. I vowed that when I got engaged I would get my wedding dress from this shop. Hannah is truly amazing. She is so warm, bubbly and kind. The whole experience from start to finish was magical. Hannah makes you feel so comfortable and beautiful and there is such a range of dresses for every style and size. The designers she stocks are so unique. From the first hello to the final decision, it was a joy to find my wedding dress. Being a little anxious about the whole process, Hannah was an absolute gem in providing reassurance, a positive atmosphere, person-centred attitude, and be a builder of confidence. The dresses she chose were such a range and gave us the perfect start to my first ever bridal appointment. Hannah and the team were also so respectful and gave us space to chat through the dresses as well as time to think.

Hannah was recommended to me by a friend who gave such rave reviews even though her shop is more than an hour from where I live I knew I had to get an appointment! Every interaction with Hannah has been amazing, she is so warm and friendly and has the most beautiful selection of dresses. Although I didn't actually end up buying a dress from her she gave me so much confidence from the time she spent with me and my family. I can't recommend her highly enough

I can't recommend Bride by Aster enough, Hannah is lovely (and patient!) and her shop carries a beautiful selection of unique dresses. Nothing was too much trouble for Hannah and I instantly felt comfortable in her boutique. I am so excited to have chosen my dress for my wedding next year and for it to arrive in the spring!

Thank you for a wonderful experience. This was my first bridal appointment ever and I was very anxious. The lovely ladies put me at ease and picked out some gorgeous dresses, the two that they picked for me were way nicer than anything I picked myself so trust their vision! Ive always said I was never really that bothered about a big fancy wedding dress, but I think that was probably a way of preparing myself for the disappointment and embarrassment of wedding dress shopping as a 6ft1 plus-size bride-to-be. I’m sure that’s a feeling plenty can relate to. I stumbled across Hannah's shop by looking at boutique's near me and immediately fell in love with the dresses she stocks. I had a look at some of the designers and knew Anny Lin's dresses were for me. I had my eyes set on a dress called 'Olivia' which unfortunately was not stocked at the time, and while I loved other dresses by Anny Lin, it didn't live up to my vision!
