Now established as the largest bakery distribution service in Manchester, Quayside Bakery, with over 600 customers, delivers 6 days a week to a wide variety of businesses throughout the area. Our team of employees, including several family members, care about our business and aim always to give the best possible delivery service to our most valuable asset, the customer.
Many of our customers have been with us throughout our journey, from the early beginnings as a 'one man band'. We feel that by limiting our distribution service to Greater Manchester from our bakery in Worsley and close surrounding areas we are able to provide a quality service that is the envy of our competitors.

Services
Deliveries - are based on our customers' needs and are tailored to suit the size and individual requirements of the establishments concerned. Some customers require deliveries once or twice a week, whilst larger companies will require a daily delivery service. Time of delivery is also an important factor for many of our customers and we do our utmost to accommodate their requirements as much as we possibly can.
Our Bakestone bread is a mixture of Bread made with 50% White Wheat Flour and 50% Wholemeal Flour. The word Brite Is derived from the first 2 letters BR (Brown) and the last 3 letters of white. 15 slices in this loaf. Bakestone Retail PMP 1.05 Research conducted by market analyst HIM shows more than one in five shoppers are more likely to buy a product if it is price-marked.
The best selling tasty wholemeal from Kingsmill is high in fibre, low in sugar and fat, and contributes to your recommended daily whole grain*. Cut that little bit thicker and soft on the inside Kingsmill Toastie makes the perfect toast. The white loaf with hidden whole grain. 50/50 is a family favourite - a delicious soft white bread with 50% whole grain flour and no bits.
Energy balancing bloomer, is made with oatmeal and a mix of quinoa, chia and watermelon seeds. It's also packed with magnesium for a healthy metabolism. I phoned the bakery last week,as i have just opened a large cafeteria. So i wanted a substantial amount of stock
I got threw,but then was put on hold after 5 minutes or so the line went dead.
Why i have only given one star.thank you but no thank you

After researching where we could purchase Bakestone bread for my Nanna who is currently undergoing treatment at Christie’s, they stock this bread in cafe and my Nanna and other patients say it’s much easier to digest due to effects of treatment. I spoke to Lee and team at quayside bakery who was really kind and helpful and offered to donate not only the one loaf we was looking for but eight. I collected the 8 freshly bakes loaves on Friday along with lovely get well soon note for my Nanna. My Nanna and all family are overwhelmed by your kindness, thanks again to lee and all the team and hope

We were recommended Quayside by a friend and after dealing with them for 2 years can only offer further recommendations ourselves. Great product range, especially the Bakestone products, both drivers and office staff are a pleasure to deal with. If only more suppliers treated their customers so well
