Browns is a family business which started when Phil Brown moved to Weston super Mare in 1983 after training with his Uncle in Street. Phil ran his business from his garage and his van and very soon found he needed to expand, as he built up a good reputation in the area. In 1985 he opened a shop in Milton Road and traded from there for many years, becoming a very familiar name in Weston.
In 2005 the shop closed, however the repair business carried on and is run today by Phil and his son David. The office is based at home and the repairs are all carried out in the customer s homes. We are also able to offer new machines at competitive prices and will deliver and install and remove the old appliance.

Our reputation for the delivery of excellent service at a reasonable price is well known, we are a long standing family business that has been selling and repairing household appliances in the area for over 25 years. We can call out quickly and if we cannot rectify the problem on the first visit and have to order spare parts, we aim to have your repair completed within five working days.
We pride ourselves in providing a personal and professional service and enjoy an exceptional reputation for attention to detail and going that extra mile that you don't get very often nowadays. When you buy a new machine from us we will deliver and install your new appliance to existing connections and take the old machine away. This is part of our service to you our customer. However where additional work needs to be undertaken to complete installation we may charge, however this will be discussed and agreed at the time.

Oven went pop and tripped everything. Called domestic appliances and within 20 minutes had an engineer out to look at it. Replaced the heating element, tightened the the door hinge for me and was working perfectly again!! All together 30 minutes from calling to oven working, you just can’t beat that! Used by family for years. Can’t recommend enough
