Tibi and Oli - what a team. They sorted out our underfloor heating system which had been poorly installed by the original builders. They were diligent and courteous throughout - very competent and professional and they stayed until after 8:00pm to get us up and running again. A level of service not seen for a long time. We recommend them highly.

Completely untrustworthy, told us they ordered parts and fixed the boiler, and when it got cold turns out its not fixed and they dont respond and refuse to come and fix. We have paid the full amount but they just havent finished the job and dont reply to our requests. Why is it so hard to find a decent tradesman who can fix a boiler and underfloor heating system in London? Good luck to us all! Answering the owner: One star review? maybe because you charged a lot but never saw the work through, don't reply to our emails and calls? This is fraudulent. If you would invest as much in your actual work

David came to repair our wet underfloor heating. He provided a great service he was honest with what the problem was and our options to repair or replace. The work was done with no mess and to a high standard.
David stayed late to get the job finished as some problems arose! We would recommend them highly !

I cannot rate this company highly enough.
The service I received in respect of the lack of heating in our living room was first-rate: David was professional, punctual, friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the relevant parts and came back within a day or two to fit them.
As if that wasn't enough to be delighted about, he actually got the whole of our floor warm; although the flat is only four years old and supposedly high spec, the heating had never worked properly since the day we moved in.
I've told all the neighbours about this company

Excellent Service. Persistent And Professional.
We had major issues with our underfloor heating system. Through a process of elimination and providing guidance all along the way, Tibi, Oliver and Alan all played their part to get it fixed and back up and running. Really professional and courteous service from all at the company. Would highly recommended.
