Jays Mobile Valeting based in Bishop Auckland Co Durham is a professional mobile valeting company offering a superior service on cars, mpv, 44, small vans, etc our mobile vehicle is fully equipped, the van has everything needed for the job including water and power so we can work virtually anywhere.
A clay bar is a specially designed resin compound which is similar in texture to "play dough". Used with the correct clay lube, the clay bar glides over the paint to gently remove anything protruding the surface. Clay bars usually come in 2 forms. Medium and hard. This specialised service gives special attention to the exterior of your vehicle.
1. Pre spray lower paintwork section and under arches with citrus degreaser then high pressure rinsed. 2. Engine bay soaked with a degreaser and lightly pressure rinsed then hot air dryed with a turbo blower then sprayed with a gloss dressing. 3. Alloy wheels cleaned in detail with autosmart red 7 and Bilberry none acid wheel cleaners.
Here at Jays we use a high quality concentrate disinfectant (Viro kill) in our professional fogging machines, chosen by hospitals, veterinary surgeons and other high sensitivity areas. It does not contain harmful Phoenol, Aldehyde or Alcohol. Safe to use on all surfaces as it is entirely non-staining, non-tainting and non-irritant.
Yes, interiors can be shampooed and treated with biocidal cleaners, and we use the Aromatek permanent odour removal system. Snow: Yes, we can clean the car when the temperatures are freezing but tend to be interior only. Sun: Yes, This isn't a problem for us as our van has a large awning that will cover your car and give shade.

Scheduled an appointment and he never showed up. Spun some story about his van breaking down. Later that day stopped responding to any messages from either me or my girlfriend and haven't heard from him since. Wasted a full day waiting for him and not even an apology, spoken to some people in the local area and he has quite the reputation for not showing up for jobs. Would never recommend this guy on principal alone, wish I could comment on the quality of his work but I've yet to see any of it!

Absolutely over the moon with my valet.. Jay had to sort out a bad odour that I've been trying to get rid of for months. Tried 3 other valeting businesses that failed to resolve the issue. Jay assessed the car and as he said I'll go hunting for the source of the smell. 3 hours later and he found the cause of the smell cleaned that up and put his little Aromatek machine in to kill the odour. Cars smelling lovely now and l always get commented on how clean it is. Definitely will use from now on. Thanks Jay for you hard work.

Recently bought a car and the previous owner had it for 6 years and was a heavy smoker. Lots of old Ash, tobacco and crumbs everywhere. Jay came round this morning to do a full clean of the interior. Absolutely fantastic work! Looks brand new on the inside! Very professional. 100% recommend. I'll be using his services again

Not really sure what happened here.
I had appointment booked and when the day came it was raining, so the guy messages me saying do you still want to go ahead, he wanted to give me the option to rebook because of the weather. Fair play happy with that so rebooked it for the next week.
Next week rolls round and the guy doesn't show up, no message or anything (weather is lovely). After an hour i go to message him on Facebook and he has blocked me from messaging him or commenting on his page. Tried ringing his mobile and got no answer. Slightly confused at this point I got my girlfriend to message

Hi, had my car valeted on Tuesday and was delighted with the results. Jay arrived just after 9a.m. and immediately set to work. He was here for about 3 hrs. and never stopped, not even for a drink. Made a great job of cleaning the car inside and outside, I did look for something to point out but couldn't find anything to complain about. Certainly recommend this company, great job, well done no mess left either. Thank you.
