Took our car in to OCD for a full ceramic detail and interior protection recently. We were greeted by Steve and James who gave us all the advice we needed. Both lads were extremely friendly. We took the car in to have the work carried out and when we went to pick it up the finished job was incredible. You could see that great attention to detail had been lavished upon it. Being a perfectionist myself I was very pleased to see the car in all its glory. I did some work here as a contractor, so can report as a "fly-on-the-wall". The place is immaculately clean, carpeted, a shrine to automotive beauty. I didn't know that cars could be so shiny. The lads are about as different from being "grunting wide-boys with polish and rags" as you can possibly imagine - they are diligent, focussed and friendly. This isn't an open-air migrant-run car wash with a roof. If I actually owned something shiny, I'd bring it here.

I purchased my golf r as a 4wk old demonstrator from a VW Main Dealer. When it was delivered it had a panel scratch and worse still, the interior smelt of tobacco smoke.
To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
