For your convenience we are open 24 hours during weekdays, with good opening hours during the weekends. Our clubs have all the equipment that is required for an all-round training session.
We offer fitness inductions that are optional for each new member, with fitness advice being always available to our members, either in the way of a motivation boost with one of our classes or just being shown a new exercise by one of our friendly and outgoing staff.
