Arranged an appointment, didn't show up. Tried to leave a voicemail but have not heard back still. Wasted days waiting for him to show up for a quote now I will probably have to look for another plumber to do the job. Edit: While I appreciate the reply and that this might be busy times, I don't think not notifying your customer or returning the calls is acceptable. And my review is clearly not reflection on the quality of your work but customer service.

Wev had over the years a few plumbers doing various jobs in our home but gotta hand it to A and J plummbers what a great job..we had small boiler room next to our utility room and wondered if we possibly make this a wee toilet/handbasin room..job done and it looks fab and i cant thank Jason enough..great guy..very efficient..tidy..def will be getting this guy in future for any other plumbing or heating needs we have.
