What a life saver Paul was! He was so accommodating and helpful and no fuss no mess professional. Great company , I’d strongly recommend. Plumber was knowledgeable, friendly and explained exactly what he was doing . I thought my blocked sink would be a simple fix but being an old property drainage is never quite what you think but drainpoint was determined to find out where the drainage went, where the blockage was and to fix it which they did !

5 stars service, they arrived very quickly, went to the bottom of the issue and unblocked the toilet. Turns out that the pipe outside had some dirt building up. They took the time to explain everything and they even had a look at my shower and investigated why the drain was so slow which wasn't why I called them for in the first place.
