We deliver a home visit physiotherapy service, based in Lichfield and serving anywhere within a 20 minute drive including Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Cannock and Walsall. After booking an appointment a physiotherapist will visit you in your home, nursing home, place of work or even gym.
Subjective Assessment - This is a detailed discussion of your condition and medical history and is necessary to make sure that your physiotherapist has a full and clear picture of what the problem is and how you can best be helped.Physical Assessment - This will consist of a full biomechanical assessment, looking at posture, alignment, strength and neurological issues.

This is an exciting role that has been created by a large increase in patient demand. We are looking for an independent and highly motivated physiotherapist able to treat a varied caseload of patients. Ideally you would have the skills to see musculoskeletal; neurological; orthopaedic and elderly mobility patients.
This depends upon the nature of the physiotherapy session but commonly: The therapist will begin with a discussion about your problems, symptoms, past medical history and your goals. They will also perform a physical assessment. Certain treatments may initially increase your pain/symptoms prior to reducing them.
ThreeSpires Physiotherapy was started by Dave Pinnington in 2013 after moving to Lichfield to begin a family and finding that there was a lack of high-quality physiotherapy available to patients at home, in care homes and in the community.
Initially the service began with just Dave as the sole physiotherapist seeing patients in Lichfield, Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Rugeley and Walsall but very quickly things, through word of mouth and patient recommendations, had grown to a point where more physios were needed both to see existing patients and offer a wider range of services such as paediatric physiotherapy.

Having had a minor stroke a week earlier, my kids were encouraging me to see a physio to get myself checked out. We found ThreeSpires and I emailed Them on a Saturday. I received a reply within minutes and a home visit appointment was quickly arranged. Emma who visited me was careful and thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending ThreeSpires

Maria has built an amazing relationship with my Mother who became immobile after breaking her wrist. Very quickly Maria established that Mom still had the ability and strength to walk, our issue is cognition and fear. However Maria visits us weekly and has got Mom walking across the room and back and calms Mom's fears. I have no hesitation in recommending Three Spires Physiotherapy and Maria. Excellent people, excellent service and they actually care about their clients. So glad I found these guys.

My 80 year old husband had a replacement knee revision way back in February, and had spent nearly six months virtually immobile either in a chair or in bed, with the inevitable loss of muscle strength both in his upper body and legs. From the first visit by Dave some two months ago he has worked daily on the exercises outlined specifically for him to increase both his upper body and leg muscle strength and stamina, increasing the exercises as necessary following further visits and
assessments. Dave Pinnington's professional approach and assurance gave him the incentive to take the first steps

Dave is a consummate and caring professional. He improved my Mothers mobility tenfold with the physiotherapy exercises he taught her but more than that he probably saved her life by noticing a decline in her health at one appointment and calling for medical intervention.
I cannot thank you enough for your concern and support over the past few weeks.

Dave has recently been treating my brother-in-law who had a stroke 3 years ago. Very encouraging progress in both physical improvement and greater confidence, resulting in ability to tackle stairs and in increased independence. Has achieved a good rapport with Tim and gained his confidence. Very worthwhile improvement - would recommend.

After fracturing & dislocating my ankle I was not allowed to put weight on it for 23 weeks, feeling frustrated & fed up with the situation, as the NHS physio was going to be at least 4 weeks. I found Dave on line, I contacted him & a few days later he came out to me were he assessed the situation & recommend some exercises & started deep muscle massage, at this point Dave came in twice a week.
18 months later & 2 more operations I am walking again,Dave has been there all the way through with help, advice & exercises were needed. The care does not end there if you need help or advice you can contact
