Would highly recommend SEIS, I have had my pony insured through them since 2010. Have made several claims for various things (Eye injury, Hock Surgery, Teeth Removal, Hospital Stabling, Transportation) and they have always paid out with no issues.
Its so stressful when your horse is poorly, so having a good insurance company behind you is one less thing to worry about.
Thanks for your service :-)

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Happy to take your money but have been nothing but trouble every time I have tried to claim - give out incorrect information, lose your paperwork then suddenly find it when you complain, request unnecessary documents, delays on every single payment due. Finally they have now declined a claim for the death of my horse basically saying I caused it by not following my vets recommendation, this is a complete lie and extremely distressing for me. I would urge anyone already with them or thinking about taking out cover to run for the hills, absolutely appalling and disgusting service

Have cancelled my policy. Elderly mare so only had accident cover. By the end nearly every part of her body was excluded. Injured her eye vet bill £1400 approx. Guess what refused to pay as had a previous claim several years ago. What is the point of insurance?

I'd just like to say a big thankyou to SEIS for paying out promptly and in full when my horse managed to damage his ligament. I've been with this company for years and I have had several (too many) claims with them and have never once had any bother with them paying out. Thanks SEIS - although I'd really prefer it if I didnt ever have to contact you again!
