Awful building management company. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve had a damp issue in my flat that hasn’t been resolved a year on by Primo. Instead they seem to be in some kind of legal battle with the contractor that finished building the flats instead of paying to resolve the issue.
Primo don’t reply to my letting agent’s emails to find out what is being done with regards to the issue. Primo offered to send someone to come look at the damp once with less than 24 hours notice which I couldn’t be available for due to work commitments. My letting agent and I have not heard anything from them

Bex was great, got us moved in as soon as possible. Property was in a decent condition when we moved in. Been here nearly 2 months and no major problems so far.

Rebecca from Primo was amazing with sorting out our application quickly and made sure property was in an immaculate condition where possible. Replying to our queries as soon as possible and made sure we had a smooth checkin. Would recommend her when dealing with properties.

We lived in a 4 bed house central Manchester and loved the house from start to finish. They couldn’t have been more helpful with everything throughout our time there. Rebecca has been at hand settling any queries/problems instantaneously, always super friendly and made the whole process very easy. Would definitely recommend!

I've had a great experience with our agent bex from start to finish she showed us round multiple properties within the area even though we only had one booked in and it ultimately let to us finding the perfect flat! everything we've needed since has been sorted quickly :) Thank you!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give 0 I would. I’m not sure of who is running the company but they need to take a close look at the attitude of their staff. I was told to get a pen and write down details of viewing appointment as agent had ‘no time to send any confirmation’ I was also told she would ‘not be able to confirm or answer the phone so just turn up’ this is exactly what I did. I turned up... and the agent was no where to be found. When I finally saw her she accused me of being late and lying. The whole viewing was awkward as the woman (Sarah) was so rude. She made the experience

Advised me that the credit checked failed and that "they don't have the details as to why it failed" despite my far higher than average for my age credit score with no bad credit ever , then logged into experian and noticed no checks were even made!

Bex at Primo Property has been super helpful since my first viewing. The viewing was socially distanced and inline with COVID restrictions, but Bex was friendly and incredibly helpful in answering our questions about the building. The rental application process was smooth and I was kept informed about what was happening at all stages of the process. Move in was easy and Bex was again really helpful in ensuring everything worked and that I knew where everything was. She also explained about the 24 hour maintenance helpline which has given me peace of mind- especially during these times! Whilst filling

Do not use this company, give your money to someone else. Tried and failed to get hold of someone for over a week and when we finally did manage to contact someone, the person was rude and uninterested. Was told in not so many words that we would not be sent a viewing confirmation because it would be too much effort. We travelled for two hours and paid for overnight accommodation to go to a viewing that was then cancelled when we were actually standing in front of the property 10 minutes before the allotted time. Absolutely appalling service.
