Only acid free top quality mountboard is used, to both help preserve the artwork and aid the retention of true mountboard colour for longer. Ordered a large box frame for material to be framed at £125 and received it in an ordinary frame. When queried was told some foam could be added for free to lift it. I said surely that could be seen and was told not from outside but inside frame possibly yes. Or for an extra £50 add to the frame to make it deeper. I asked was this a new proper box frame and was told no it was still the same frame... Was then asked what did I think a box frame was. I replied as a framing service you should know and it's advertised on your shop sign. Google box frames and see images! Very disappointing no resolution
