Outstanding Customer Service - I needed a picture framed, I placed my order without asking details of turnaround time (my own fault as i normally do before placing an order)..Paul was more than helpful with assisting to get my picture framed in the time it was needed by which was the next day after it was ordered. He could have simply told me no as he already had a back log of work and due to the current times we are all in he would have had every right to do so but he didnt he put his customer first and this is first time ive ever placed an order here!...Customer Service and the choice of frames
