Did a job before Xmas for me, upon inspection when the car was returned yesterday the paintwork, has blistered and peeled off. Having paid £225 and facing another £195 bill from the car company SMART (not a word I would use) have refused any refund or any regret over their poor workmanship. I guess my message is try someone else who do a proper job and have heard of customer service.

Worst company I’ve ‘never’ dealt with. Got a cost off them for work to be carried out, then asked them to price match 2 other companies for the job. Tried to contact them 6 different times on text, what’s app, email & messenger but not a single reply, just ignored me. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

I highly recommend this service. Steve repaired a dent and scratching on the rear quarter of my fiesta and he did an amazing job, you genuinely can't tell it was ever damaged.
A real honest and friendly guy as well, on time and as quoted via the WhatsApp pictures sent. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
