I saw Joseph with after straining my back and neck and he was brilliant. I was extremely nervous as i had never had anything done like this before but he very professional, easy to talk to and really gentle.
I would definitely go back to him and highly recommend his services, especially if you are feeling apprehensive. I guarantee he will immediately put you at ease.

I had lower back pain which was more my hips needed cracking and loosened up after years of build up and i'm so happy i booked with joseph stapleton , made to feel at ease ,told me what he was gonna do and how he was gonna do it and i've never felt such relief,had my appointment on the friday felt stiff saturday which i was told would happen by joe felt brand new on sunday like i had new hips ,will be using again. 5 star.

Joseph was fabulous, I had both back and foot pain which needed it to be resolved before I go on a walking holiday. One session with Joe and the pain has really improved, plus he gave me some tips on free things I can do to keep the improvement going. I have been to Osteopaths before so know a good one. I was delighted to experience Joe's work he is methodical, listens and I know he knows his stuff!! I am delighted to review him, and recommend him to others. PS he has moved and the picture of his clinic is not the same, which threw me when I drove past..He is in St Nicholas Park Drive!

Once I contacted Joseph, arranged an appointment, had the consultation and treatment, my lower back pain was relieved and I would highly recommend Joseph as he is professional, friendly and helpful with showing and advising different stretches for the pain that I had.
At first I was not entirely sure about the treatment as I have not had my back muscles manipulated/clicked before but honestly it is not painful, it made me feel relieved as I was in pain and for the consultation and treatment, it is not expensive, thank you very much Joseph, I will Definatly consider in the future if I am in pain
