Cable Gap Holiday Park is a small park situated next to the beach with a mix of hire fleet and privately owned caravans. Dogs are welcome in some of our caravans enabling you to bring your dog on holiday with you. Most of our caravans have central heating and double glazing allowing for a warm and pleasant stay whatever the time of year.
On reaching North Walsham go straight on at the traffic lights then second exit at mini roundabout, at the next mini roundabout turn left. Follow road round to the right and take the first left (Pound Road), stay on this road going straight on at the crossroads. At the next junction turn right into Bacton Road.

Fabulous caravan site, wonderful caravans, beautiful beach and Quiet community BUT terrible money grabbing management. So many more sites nearby with much better customer service. The owners of this site only care about money and don't even care about their long standing caravan owners or short term stays. If you stay here hope you don't need anything because these people would charge you for directions!
LEAS BEACH PARK is 2 min away and although smaller much nicer owners, much better services (small play area, wirlygig, WiFi and laundry services included) and cheaper!!

I only stopped here to pick up my elderly parents whom stayed here for a week and the view from their hired caravan was amazing looking straight out to sea with the breeze blowing my hair and the warm sun on my face !

Sea front promenade and beach (non tidal) covered in dog mess. Ignorant dog owners spoiling what should be a beautiful place for families, but you can't enjoy a walk for looking out for dog mess. Plus more and more idiots are ignoring the rules of the area, posted prominently near the DOG MESS BIN!

This is such a great place. The entrance is free with a donations envelope. They rescue abused and mistreated horses giving them a new lease of life. Nice easy walks so access is suitable for all. Check the opening times outside the holidays because they are reduced.

Moderate sized site, close to a lovely beach. There's no entertainment on site, so it gives us the enjoyable quiet breaks that we enjoy.

Nice quiet park right next to the beach, may be they should consider a kids play area on one of the empty patches. And realistically it's probably time to move with the time and install free WiFi ? But that said the kids love the simple life of just playing on the beach, site feels very safe... It just needs that unique extra thing (what every that maybe) to make it great.

Third visit this year and cannot fault Paul and Claire as owners. They are friendly, helpfull and accommodating. The park is clean and well maintained. The beach is on your doorstep and on occasions we have been the only people on it. If you want peace and tranquillity look no further. Will be coming back for many years to come.

I used to come to this holiday park every year for a week in Easter and looked forward to it i loved it so much, however when paying for the deposit to clean the caravan we expected to receive the money back as the caravan was spotless when we left. however we never received our money back, when speaking with them about the issue they were unhelpful and rude, i will never get that money back and so will never go back, they have lost a lot of future business.
the caravans are very warm and lovely in a great location, just the lack of hospitality.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid with my parents and I now go with my wife and the family group.
The caravan park is nice and the caravans are in good condition the new owners are very welcoming there has been some improvements to the park such as the fence along path near the beach which has made it look so much better.
When we go the beach its usually quiet with not many people about sometimes have the beach to ourselves which is good.
The only downside is the Wi-Fi really needs an update it usually has 1 bar and it’s painfully slow, not good when you’re trying to track the ships
