4 stars instead of 5. Only because it's too much of a hilly trek to the beach with small children. The site looked clean and painted and is still being improved. Impressive for January. The pool is heated to 29C. No hard standing for cars parked next to caravan as all on grass, which is OK when it's dry.

Immaculate caravan, in fact the whole site is immaculate. Good food in the restaurant, only used kids club in the evening , so can’t comment on the later entertainment, but little ones loved it! All staff really helpful and friendly. Great little arcade and on-site shop. Bus stop just outside park gates for days out. A really great little budget holiday.

We had a fabulous caravan, just behind the entertainment centre. The caravan was huge inside, very roomy, last years model so very up to date. Parking allowed next to caravan. Lots to do on site entertainment wise, bar restaurant, fish and chip shop, food shop, launderette plus a Chinese restaurant and fast food takeaway across the road. Short walk to the beach.

Had a lovely 4 day break with our extended family of 7. Everyone really enjoyed themselves weather was good and the site was clean and staff friendly and welcoming. Only slight down side was the caravan was alittle on the the small side but I guess that was our fault for not doing our homework on it. Would definitely return to this site as we found it nice and quite and relaxing.

Been to this park twice now. Can honestly say it is a lovely place to stay. Arcades and beach within walking distance. There a lovely gift shop and bakery within walking distance. There are facilities on site that are accessible. If you don't mind a 10 minute drive, there is a Tesco store within reach if you are staying for a few days and need supplies. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Caravan was clean, tidy and lovely to stay in.

We were lucky as we had a privately rented caravan next to the pool. So it was handy for the park, shop etc. The park is beautifully set with gardens & very clean, but much too cramped with vans seeming to be on top of each other. Due to covid restrictions the booking in for the pool was impossible, and having to buy a weekly pass each in order to use the bar and restaurant was definitely not acceptable so we just went off site. But overall we had a lovely break in nice surroundings.

Very good Park Dean. We stayed here over the weekend in the cheapest caravan they had and the caravan was brilliant. The living area was massive and rooms were good, plus the two toilets was really useful. The park itself was very clean and well maintained. There is a really nice beach that is a short walk to, that is perfect. They have their own arcade and one just outside the park that is good for the children. The swimming was time slots because of covid however it was well managed and we had 2 sessions over the weekend. The outside play area was alright, they have mini golf, young children

Upon arrival the caravan reeked of wet dog. The cleaning staff came in the following day but the smell required a deep clean (wet vac). Dog hairs are still everywhere, the vacuums are not sufficient for the carpet types.
There was no iron or iron board inside the caravan, as advertised.
The radiators didn't work, I know it's summer but the bathroom rail is required for wet towels.
The food is decent at the restaurant, nothing fancy but bang on for the money.
The arcade is fun for the kids.
The caravans are all practically on top of one another, you have no privacy.
The local beach is ok.
