Measured building surveys using the latest Leica equipment to provide highly accurate drawings. Working with the guidelines set out in the General Permitted Development Order 1995, we can show you the possibilities of extending your home without the need for planning permission.
We can apply for a Certificate of Proposed Lawful Development/Use to the local authority on your behalf so that you have documentary evidence that your project, at the time of construction did not require planning permission.We don't directly recommend contractors but can supply details of reputable companies who have worked on past SK Design projects.
