Absolutely delighted with my new heels, can't rave on about them enough. Customer service with Chloe is first class as I originally made an error in purchasing the wrong size shoes and had to return. Chloe had my new size dispatched out to me same day she received my returned ones. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be ordering from Banana Shoes again in the near future 😊

I was looking for a pair of platforms but I wasn’t sure what type to buy, so I got in touch with BananaShoes using their online chat messenger service. I spoke to Chloe who was so helpful and helped me find the perfect pair! They arrived the next day with DPD and I got a 1 hour delivery time slot which was great. Really impressed with the service and the heels are amazing! Will definitely shop at BananaShoes again and would recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. I have used this company many times in the past but will never use again. I placed an order on 21st February, received the automated email to say my order was received. I then had no contact till 6th March to say my order had been dispatched by royal mail on a 1-3 day service. I still have not received my order but what makes the whole situation worse is that the company does not respond to emails and nobody is answering the phone. I have called nearly everyday and since placing my order and the phone has not been answered once. It is an absolute disgrace that companies

Amazing customer service. Chloe has recently taken over the business and has put a lot of effort into the new site and customer services. I recently ordered some shoes from the clearance sale, which were AMAZING! and then ordered something truly stunning boots from the relaunch. I made a small error in the second order and Chloe was amazingly helpful in correcting this for me.

Really happy with my recent experience with BananaShoes. They have re-done the website which was needed and it appears to have been taken over by a lovely woman Chloe how has been on hand to help select my new shoes. They have just arrived and I love them and there was a little Christmas treat inside...new stockings! Great little touch. Ill be shopping for a long time to come.

The customer service of this company is atrocious, order shoes 2 weeks ago in the hopes to have them for New Years Eve. The money left my account immediately and I received an automated email.
I understand companies are closed for Christmas breaks so I've rang the number that was on the email to hear an automated message saying the company would re-open again on the 3rd of January. This was 5 days ago. Now I'm just anxious I won't receive a refund and I've been conned.

I edited my original review as I was contacted by a member of staff who explained there had been illnesses and family issues over the Christmas period. I accepted the explanation and have been credited with a full refund. They have also said they will post my original order out for free as a gesture of goodwill.
**Edit.** Never got the 'gesture of goodwill'. Fair enough, I'm not entitled to it and didn't expect it, but why offer if you have no intention of making good on the offer.
