Today, Renace put the same care and attention into producing shoes for Websters bringing the traditions and knowledge of over 45 years experience to footwear that your feet will thank you for. Renace is one of the UK's leading providers of employment services and employment to people with disabilities and complex barriers to work.

Renace and Websters are working together to provide sustainable work opportunities for those who need it most - making a positive difference to the lives of individuals and communities, and realising commercial benefits for everyone we work with. Our objective is to make shoes that fit your feet rather than make your feet fit our shoes.
Services
We all have different feet, and we at Websters handmake bespoke shoes to suit whatever individual fitting needs you may have. You can select from a range of five standard widths, and with our unique Bespoke feature you can add more width if you need it, for example to accommodate a bunion or another foot related condition.
The term arch pain (often referred to as arch strain) refers to an inflammation and/or burning sensation at the arch of the foot. The plantar fascia is a broad band of fibrous tissue located along the bottom surface of the foot that runs from the heel to the forefoot. Excessive stretching of the plantar fascia, usually due to over-pronation (flat feet), causes plantar fasciitis.
Corns like calluses develop from an accumulation of dead skin cells on the foot, forming thick, hardened areas. They contain a cone-shaped core with a point that can press on a nerve below, causing pain. Corns are a very common ailment that usually form on the tops, sides and tips of the toes. Corns can become inflamed due to constant friction and pressure from footwear.
Diabetes is a serious disease that can develop from lack of insulin production in the body or due to the inability of the body's insulin to perform its normal everyday functions. Insulin is a substance produced by the pancreas gland that helps process the food we eat and turn it into energy. Diabetes affects approximately 3 million people in the UK although half a million people are unaware that they have the condition (Diabetes UK Website).
Known to physicians as onychocryptosis, ingrown toe nails are a common, painful condition that occur when skin on one or both sides of a nail grows over the edges of the nail, or when the nail itself grows into the skin. This condition is usually very painful and can be associated with infection of the toe.
