Was easy to set up my profile. Would definitely use again. Such a useful app! This app is such a handy little life-saver for people who need something delivered to them quickly! Such a clever innovative idea! First time using the service due to the lockdown. Pickup and drop off was hassle free. I previously would use Uber to courier letters or items I needed urgently, but this service is cheaper and fit for purpose.

Critical: Responsiveness
Every time I want something delivered, no one ever takes my request. I speak to the support team and they tell me try again a hour later, every single time. No use in most parts of the country.

Very rude driver who drove off with my fragile item at his feet on a motorbike - no delivery box or anything - and refused to come back when I asked him to return the item so that it didn't get broken.

Staggeringly terrible company. Withdraw jobs from drivers constantly after they've been accepted, then relentlessly bombard them with the same job again even if you've declined it. Useless support, useless app that doesn't take enough address information from customers.

Peyk are scammers they sold me the uniform then deactivated my account saying I need a dba certificate if that's the case they should of made me get all those first before making the purchase don't work for them

Racist company and don't like when driverrs make too much money for them. They randomly blocked my account when I done nothing wrong and asked for a few details which I after I provided they ensured would reactivate my account. After several emails and pleas for them to reactivate my account, they deliberately have chosen to ignore me. My ratings had no negative reviews and I was actually introducing new customers to them. A shame really. Any person of colour please think twice, as they will randomly prejudice you.
