I have used this company for few years already to send parcels and so far i am satisfied with the services they are providing.they keep you updated about the status of your parcel and you can always check your parcel status on their website using the tracking number provided.if i had any issues with the parcels,i called them and they always did their best to help me sort out my problem.

Paid for express TNT service Wich states 1-4 working days delivery.I have used them in the past and delivery has been made the next day ,used to be very reliable.at this time Posted on the 12,notified that it will be delivered on the 13th,changed to 14th.Told that it will be delivered in the morning of 14.Eventually been delivered on the 19th.
So paid almost £50 for a delivery that that could have been £20 and arrive in 4 days Instead of 6.Very disappointed.Won’t be using again.

We sent a small parcel to Romania (4.3kg) and were charged the standard drop-off cost of £23.90 + £10 customs processing fee. 10 days later, we received a text saying that we need to pay another £9.62 for Romania customs fee. To pay a total of £43 to send a 4kg parcel is outrageous. We were told that the £10 would cover the customs costs, we were never told there would be additional costs. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The charge is a rip-off.

I used to send packages with Eastlines for years and now their service got so bad that I have no words to describe it. I have sent a new Samsonite luggage wrapped correctly and packaged in a carton box (as per the Eastlines packaging guidelines) and it has arrived at destination opened and badly repackaged by the team, broken and cut with a knife. As the size of the package was large - they do not allow you to purchase insurance so they refused to pay any damages even if they advertise that you do get a small 25£ insurance with every shipment as standard - never answered emails or calls and the

I've used this company for overseas transport and delivery for sometime now. Always nice and friendly people, trust worthy and decent price... All good till Brexit! Make sure you check new rules and charges also you will need a Customs declaration with copy of ID from receiver!
