We are now working towards raising the remaining 400,000 required.
We are delighted to now have a freestanding Lifting pole, also know as a Monkey Pole, available at Homelands for our guests to use during their stay. In September 2017 I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease which as most people will be aware is a severely debilitating, and ultimately terminal, illness. Faced with this diagnosis I have attempted to make the most of the time I have left with my immediately family, including my two young children. Within 12 months I found myself confined to a… wheelchair, requiring specialist equipment such as hoists and disability access to go about my daily business.
In order to maintain as much normality as possible, for the sake of the kids, I scoured the internet in order to source holiday accommodation

What a fantastic place for adults and kids. This place was home from home and homelands provided us with everything we needed to make us all comfortable. Stunning inside and out with beautiful views, gorgeous beach, wonderful garden centre near by and Anstruther is only 22 minutes. Thank you Homelands for a wonderful time we will definitely be back soon. Only downside is my mum now wishes she had all that space in her own house 😆

Absolutely stunning , a beautiful retreat surrounded by trees with lovely views of the golf course and the water ! Loved having breakfast on the terrace with the sound of the wind through the trees, very relaxed atmosphere, spotlessly clean , an abundance of space and cupboards to store equipment and everything you could possibly need to set up house , we felt at home at soon as we walked through the doors! Communication with the people involved in homelands has been fantastic , we were met on arrival and they couldnt be more helpful, the tracking hoists are amazing , very simple to use and all

Just spent a fantastic short break at Homelands with a few good friends - our 11th since it opened. Stunning lodges in a great setting overlooking the sea. The weather was extremely kind with wall-to-wall sunshine. Had lunch in the Paxton Centre cafe on Wednesday and Friday - great food, greta value - saved cooking! Lunch on Thursday at the nearby Monturpie, which is wheelchair-accessible. A wee trip to the Museum of the University of St Andrews (MUSA) and coffee in the British Golf Museum cafe made a lovely outing.
