Another fantastic stay at Piperdam!
Stayed here a few years ago but this time our youngest was old enough to enjoy it as much as we did. An activity packed week with trips to the gym, swimming, soft play and of course evening chill outs in the hot tub. The park has everything you could need for a relaxing week away.
Facilities in the log cabins cant be faulted and the food in the restaurant was delicious (although still working from a reduced menu due to covid).
We enjoyed our stay that much we asked to extend our stay however it was fully booked.
Great place to stay and will likely be back

Hi We are currently sitting in a very crowded restaurant at piper dam having been told our accommodation is not ready yet. It was due to be ready at 6.00. No explanation from the young person at the booking desk, no sign of any management, no offer of compensation, free drink, apology, explanation. Extremely poor communication and customer service. We are only here for 2 nights our check out is at 9.30 . Absolute rip off at £320 could have been in an excellent hotel for the same price. What would have made this bearable is an explanation from management as to why we are sitting waiting to get

Reading all the reviews was not looking forward to our trip. We booked the Raeburn Premier Spa and it was lovely. We got in early which was a nice bonus (4pm) and it was lovely and clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and had a nice meal in the restaurant as well. A bit pricey for 3 nights but had a great time.

We 6 ladies had a fantastic long weekend there. The lodge was huge and it was the best idea ever to order a tesco delivery to the lodge. We had everything we could possibly need and had until 11pm the nyt before to add to our list. The hot tub was very warm and was really excellent to relax in. After a long walk and seeing the other lodges that overlook the loch and the balcony with the hot tub on it we r thinking of booking again for next year. We all had a thoroughly fantastic time.

We spent a lovely weekend break in Piperdam recently.
Having read some unfavourable reviews after booking, I was worried. However, our lodge was lovely. It was clean and fresh for us arriving. We checked in and got our keys just after 4pm as our lodge was ready.
We had dinner at the restaurant one night. The food, drinks and service were great.
The only slight issue were the beds in the twin room. They were so hard and uncomfortable but apart from that, we had a great time and would definitely go back.
