Most of our clients are from the Cambridge area but we have clients further afield and indeed all over the world.

We promise and guarantee that we do not use high-pressure sales techniques. In fact, we don't use any sales techniques at all. We give you honest, straightforward information and advice; and a cup of tea or coffee, if you like. You will have a one-to-one meeting, telephone conversation or email correspondence directly with Tim Phillips.

We provide a specialist formation service to reflect the exact requirements of our clients. The basis for this will have been established at our initial consultation meeting. Unless you have been involved as a director of a small limited company before, you will need advice and guidance to help you understand your obligations and responsibilities.
Even the simplest concerns can get tangled up unnecessarily by being wrongly structured. We'll give you a comprehensive health-check - it probably won't take as long as you think. All our business clients are 'small' (turnover or gross profit under 1 million). As we don't deal with larger concerns, you can be confident of receiving the undivided attention you deserve.
Our workflow varies enormously over the course of a year so we review the list regularly to ensure no deadlines are missed. We may change the order of jobs started where there is no disadvantage to someone higher up the list. With the best will in the world, the time between you bringing in the information and us starting on the work is hard to predict but our monitoring systems are robust so you cannot be forgotten.
