Services
Everything is provided at Calloose Caravan and Camping Park for active or easy lives. We are a family holiday park with something to offer all ages. For daily relaxation, there is a swimming pool (heated mid May to mid September). For the kids, we have a separate children's paddling pool and an adventure playground.
Travelling to Calloose is much easier now that you have the M5 to Exeter and a motorway style dual carriageway to Bodmin. There are only 20 miles of ordinary carriageway roads remaining to our park. Leave the A30 at the roundabout north of Hayle and drive through the town until you see the large viaduct.
Calloose Caravan & Camping touring and lodge Park is a family holiday park near St Ives, Cornwall. Calloose is ideally located, within easy travelling distance of St Ives, Penzance, Lands End, the Lizard Peninsula, Falmouth and more. We offer caravan and campsite facilities in glorious Cornish countryside.
Cornwall is a land of contrasts; the rugged North coast, with its spectacular cliffs and granite moorlands; and the softer sub tropical South coast, with flower filled lanes and the lush vegetation of the wooded creeks. It is also the land of antiquities, a Bronze Age landscape of standing stones, Iron Age forts, fougous and ancient field systems.

Warning.... DON'T BOOK HERE!!
Doesn't even deserve 1 *, the most outdated, awful run site. Management shockingly unprofessional, rude and intimidating with awful aggressive attitudes. Jo manager was polite, but told many lies regarding our booking. They blamed lots on hoseasons, but turns out it wasn't them, it was the site. Didn't fulfil what they had agreed with us prior to booking, then once we had paid, it all changed. Marie? was polite and tried to explain to 'Bill' our issues, but didn't help at all. Days later hearing staff shouting and screaming at each other from the 'house?'.

A well laid out site with a good selection of static vans, lodges, camping area and motor home pitches shower blocks toilets and wash area.Play area's for the kids clubhouse and a small shop, while we were there they had a marque set up for live music every night that finishes at 10-30pm.
The site is down normal Cornish roads hopefully you don't meet someone coming the other way. It could do with extra sign posts as we drove past the entrance when coming from one direction.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great pool, kids area and games room.only 1 waste disposal, that we could find. Toilets and showers are very modern and clean. Shop doesn't have much in, and a it's bit pricey. Alcohol The at the bar is quite pricey too. L5 bus runs every hour from leedstown if you're prepared to walk up a hill for 20 mins! A1 taxi charges £26.50 to take you into st ives. Apart from that it's the usual cramped camp site but with friendly staf...and perfect weather!

Just home from our return visit to Calloose . Not dissapointed we went back. Great place, evening entertainment and heated swimming pool a huge plus for the whole family. Kids can play safely on site while parents enjoy a drink in the new marquee. We will go back again next year and for many more to come!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Lovely site great amenities and friendly welcoming staff that could not do enough.
Reluctant before arriving purely not being beach located as we’ve had in previous years but had an amazing 10 nights here adults and kids.
Big thanks to Warren, Kevin and Jamie who made the experience. The site is going to get bigger and better, good luck thanks and see you soon 🍺

Best caravan I have stayed in on a holiday park! Extremely clean and well kept. Also size wise most room I’ve ever had in a caravan. The whole park is well kept and clean.
Good location for Cornwall’s beautiful beaches, not far to drive to.
Staff are extremely quick responding to everything from communication before and things you may need during your stay. Also making sure the guests are entertained while on the holiday park.
Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

Got back on Sunday from an 8 night camping stay at Calloose. It was our first time there on recommendation from friends and we have to say we were not disappointed. Excellent facilities including the kids play… park and swimming pool with clean modern toilets and showers. Entertainment was fun and we only ate once from the Hamlet restaurant but it was very nice. The staff we met were friendly and helpful and nothing seem too much trouble. We will definitely be back again.
