Just received my boots back after a repair with D&J. Couldn’t be happier with them!
I spoke with Derek over the phone to see if he may be able to quote me without having to come into town with them (I wondered if they were too far gone to be repaired honestly) but he happily gave me his number to text him some pictures and got back to me very quickly with a quote.
Only a few days later they were ready and truly the soles are better than they were when the boots were new!
Thrilled, will be back and would absolutely recommend. Thankyou so much.

Very trustworthy and helpful. I stopped in after having some issues with my shoes from walking so much while on vacation. Staff didn't try to oversell and was very realistic and helpful even though I only bought small thing that didn't cost much. It was much appreciated.

Excellent and well priced, and run by a practical professional who stands by his work. I brought in a pair of shoes that D&J resoled a long time prior where the repair had started to delaminate slightly at one edge. Without prompting, I was assured they would be re-glued at no cost, and so it was. Always use D&J for my shoe and leather repairs and heartily recommend.

Derek was extremely professional, helpful and speedy, and the tricky repair to the seams of my precious antique leather boots was absolutely top quality and incredibly reasonably priced given the quality of service and workmanship. To be honest, I thought it was great value for *one* boot, but it turns out that was the price for *both* boots, so I am doubly impressed! Many thanks - I will be back, and can recommend D&J Shoe Repairs unreservedly.
