John M. Hanna Cycles is a family run business with over 70 years experience in the bicycle industry. The business has a history reaching back to the 1940's where the late Mr Gerard Hanna purchased the business then, known as, the 'Wheel House', from Mr Harry Watson. Gerard Hanna sold and carried out repairs on bikes at the 'Wheel House' - bikes then where a vital mode of transport for the working man and school children in the 1940's!
With over 75 years experience in the cycle industry we are well able to repair anything from a puncture in a pram to a full rebuild of a high end road or mountain bike and everything in between. We have trained mechanics who are avid cyclists with a wealth of experience so they are happy to help with any questions you might have.
There is a loading bay at our door if you are collecting larger items eg Bicycles, go karts etc. On collection you need to bring photographic ID, such as your driving licence or passport, and a copy of your invoice. Please note: if you don't bring photo ID and your invoice copy we can't release your order.

Scam of a shop,
Was told £15 for a puncture repair as they did not have any tubes in.
Went to pick it up was told £22 as they fitted a new tube. ( which is fair enough if I was called and told this )
Rubber connection was removed and not replaced. (This has to be forcefully removed as it's part of the scooter)
Scrape Mark's left were they removed screws that clearly didn't need removed also screw is replaced the wrong way see pictures.( Scratches dont appear out of nowhere)
To all this I was told prove it!
And that this has happen before.
CLEARLY THEY HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING

I have been looking for Special Needs Pedals for my 9 year old grandson with Autism. I could not believe my eyes when I found them in Lisburn. I ordered these yesterday, to my joy I received them this morning. These are now fitted and its a pleasure to see my grandson being able to pedal his bike.

In the last 6 months I have bought a go cart and trailer as well as a bije for my young daughter. I had to do this all online and Gavin was fantastic at providing advice and doing his very best (Id even say he went above and beyond what was expected) to accommodate us. First class service and I can confidently state that I wont be purchasing bikes etc from anyone else in the future except John Hanna Cycles. Really appreciate it all that was done for us. I bought my brand new Trek Al Domane 2 Road Bike today from Gavin and I am very pleased with my purchase!
The team are fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful and look after their customers, they offer a service after having the bike for 6 weeks to make sure everything is running smoothly.
From a young age we have always got our bikes from Hanna’s for Christmas and birthdays. It makes a big difference buying from and supporting local businesses.
Looking forward to putting the first 22 miles on the bike for my commute to work on Monday morning.

John Hannah been around for years and years and they have a huge range of mountain and ravings bikes, I picked up some lights for my mountain bike and they weren't to expensive and the guy who served me was very knowledgable and was asking me when/where/why would I b Rodin my bike in order to give me the right type of price range! Will be back
