Avoid. Rudest people ever. Ordered a pick-up from Gatwick to Hythe last month. Driver was late and didn’t have a mask. We queried this and he retorted by saying if we were so worried, why did we visit an amber country? Rude. He backtracked a bit and offered to stop and buy one, but we had a spare which he used. Also drove all the way without a seat belt. Then my daughter booked one to pick her up from the station yesterday.The train was 5 minutes late and as she was arriving got a call saying that the car wouldn’t wait, and Premier cancelled the booking. Foolishly they booked them for the return

Booked 2 taxis in the morning for midnight on the morning of my sons wedding. Received a text at 2000hrs to say that they could no longer provide them despite another member of my family contacting them this evening and booking a taxi for 15 mins before. Absolutely diabolical company .

always had a great service from these guys and today was no exception. reliable, always on time, pleasant drivers and clean cars used. honestly can't complain and would recommend, if you're looking for a service that is not as expensive as some of the others out there.
