I founded Norwich Fitness Club in 2010 where I started with outdoor Bootcamps and private personal training in Drayton. I have been extremely passionate about teaching people how to lift weights over the last 18 years, so I have come up with a programme to help people learn how to lift the correct and safe way over a four week course with one hour a week.
I run 4 week courses at my private gym, taking full advantage of its variety of equipment, its situation and surrounding area. Courses are similar to Personal Training, keeping the numbers down to focus on you, your goal and making sure you train efficiently for the best results.

Services
All personal training is held at our private gym north of the City with private parking, offering full shower & changing facilities stocked with plenty of toiletries - making lunch break training easier to squeeze in - we will even Pop the kettle on! Your Personal Training sessions will be tailored to your goals making use of our fully equipped gym, training can also be taken outside in our private garden.
