I always take the time to get to know my clients and understand their needs, goals and any fitness issues or injuries they have. I create a bespoke training plan for each of my clients, and I'm committed to helping you achieve your goals, no matter what it takes. I came to Norwich from Spain in 2010, looking for a place where I could make a difference with my personal approach to sports, exercise and fitness.
I offer a range of different fitness programmes, all tailored around a different set of specific fitness goals. These aren't pre-sets or pre-written programmes - just starting off points for me to align your workouts to your goals. My weight loss fitness programme is aimed at helping you adopt healthy habits through physical exercise and diet.
With any weight loss training programme, it's vital to always start with your goals. That's why I always take the time to sit down with new clients to discuss achievable goals and how we'll work towards them. I always work hard to maximise the time you've got with me - focusing on calorie burning, fitness boosting movements and targeted workouts to help you achieve your goals.
Functional training is a holistic, all-round programme of exercise and activities. It includes weights, cardio, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises, all balanced together to give you the best possible workout, every time. Your functional training sessions will be tailored to your exact needs, preferences and goals, whether that's losing weight, boosting muscle or simply adding more energy to your day.

I’ve never been motivated or willing to join a Gym to Train and get in shape and I’ve always struggled with being over weight due to bad diet and no exercise! I knew I had to pull my finger out and get help!
I was introduced to Xavi and decided to book a one on one session with him! I’m pleased I did as we’re almost 3 months in and I haven’t looked back!

Xavi is an excellent personal trainer. I started training with him in 2013. Although the training is hard work the result is worth it. Xavi is patient and he will give lots of encouragement as long as you put do the work. He keeps a track of your progress and gives you the time to talk about how you are feeling about your training and if there is anything you want to change. I would recommend Xavi as your personal trainer!

I have been training with Xavi for 5 years. I really love his enthusiasm and energy for exercise and keeping healthy. Every session is different and really enjoyable. He began by teaching me good techniques so I feel really confident when I go to the gym and do my own workouts. He has also trained me through pregnancy, adapting the type of workout as needed to ensure it remains safe.
