The Toy Shop in Helensburgh is a traditional, independent toy shop bursting full of original and inspiring toys, gifts and games. You can find us on the seafront of the Victorian-built town of Helensburgh in Argyll, on Scotland's west coast - just a short hop from Glasgow city centre by rail or car and only 5 minutes from Loch Lomond.

Wonderful and very thoughtful service by this shop. Shortly before Christmas I did an on line order for a Green Toy ferry (so not a huge order) to be sent to my grandson and the shop noticed that delivery and billing address were different and phoned me up to ask if I would like the toy wrapped in Christmas paper. I (and everyone I have told about this) feel this is a fantastic service. Do look at what toys they offer - I certainly will!

Val and her team gave wonderful customer service when a particular colour was unexpectedly out of stock. Communication was great, especially when things are outside of their control, keeping me as informed as possible along the way. I went in whilst on holiday looking for a wooden baby walker,the lady showed me 1 in store and others that she could order,i picked 1 to be ordered and delivered as i lived in falkirk,it was very fast service,the lovely lady contacted me to say she had missed the delivery for that day and would drop the item off that evening,it was so so kind of… the lady to drive from helensburgh to falkirk to make sure my little girl got her baby walker,this lady goes out of her way to make ur shopping experience and i will definitely be a returning customer,thanks again for being so kind 😀

What a lovely shop, so much choice and the staff are really helpful. I went in for three presents and didn’t know what I wanted, the two ladies made lots of brilliant suggestions and I left with my three gifts - all with wrapping paper and all for less than I had imagined I would have to pay. Thank you Toy Shop - keep up the good work! So good to be able to shop local :-)
