Asked for the mouse for our daughter, the proof is on the receipt we have in our possession and these charlatans sent the unicorn claiming that's what we asked for. Literally have the paperwork they have sent us stating it's supposed to be the mouse. Horrendous customer service too as we've been told to like it or lump it!

This is the second Christmas Eve box I have purchased. Yet again the quality and delivery was exactly as advised. The box holds all the necessary items you need for Christmas Eve: pajamas, book and small packet of sweets. Delighted. For reference, the other box was purchased 4 years ago and still looks as good as new. I know these boxes will be coming out for many more years.

Fantastic service. Quality stocking lovely just as expected. Soft, right size, nicely finished embroidered name. Bought last minute as couldn't go where our things were. Estimated delivery was after Christmas yet this was picked, personalised and delivered in time for Christmas Eve. We assume Christmas such orders prioritised and thank you for your thoughtfulness. Wow - where do I start. If there was a phrase such as ‘the customer is always wrong’ then this would apply to the rudest person I think I’ve ever spoken to.
I ordered a present for my friend’s birthday only to be told that it had been returned because apparently the address doesn’t exist - that is simple untrue. In fairness - this issue is with Royal Mail and not Hoolaroo. But trying to get to the bottom of the issue felt like I was being attacked from start to finish. We went back and forth about 20 times on email - not getting any closer to a resolution when she asked to call. Fair
