Along with this the operational support they needed from a cleaning contractor just wasn't there, with cleaners employed casually and without proper training. We treat our staff well - directly employing our cleaners, paying them a living wage, and training them well, with regular top-ups.

The quality of clean was exceptional. I will definitely be calling them back at the end of our tenancy and would highly recommend their services to others.

They promised that the cleaning of my rented flat would meet the very high standards of the letting agents. This was my first experience of returning a rented property so I was nervous and did not expect to receive all my deposit back so I was delighted to hear that both the letting agents and landlady were very pleased with the way the flat had been left. This is definitely down to Hashtag Clean Limited.

I have just used this company for cleaning my home prior to letting it.
I am delighted with the results.
The carpets look fresh and thoroughly clean, the kitchen appliances sparkling and I also had the oven cleaned and it looks like new!
