22 per hour + VAT per operative inclusive of base materials (trade emulsion, gloss, satin and eggshell paints / stain block treatments and sundries associated with basic redecoration work - Screws, wall plugs, fixings and sundries associated with general property maintenance). Non standard paint colours and brands will be invoiced at our cost price over and above hourly labour rate.

As long as the walls / surfaces are in fair condition we can 'make good' any areas requiring attention and apply our emulsions straight over the top of textured wall coverings and strong colours.

The following is a list of the local letting agents that we either carry out regular work for or have in the past completed end of tenancy cleans / maintenance and are on their system as approved contractors.

We very rarely miss anything but if you rent through any of the below then you'll have peace of mind that if there should be a problem they'll be able to contact us directly to rectify so there's no worries about another cleaning company being sent in to claim your deposit!In addition, we also carry out regular contract work for several property management companies and solicitors.
