Had a fantastic experience with Emma and her team. Extremely hard to get decent customer service experience with them. As hard as asking 6 times how much is 18k gold brought at. As the gold bullion starts today.. All to say £350 for the item. But not telling me at what price was the rate at? 6 times asked and no answer. Making the calculation of less than £19.55 per gram at 18k.
