Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Gave us excellent knowledgeable unbiased advise. Allowed us to bring the carpet sample books home, which was fantastic. Really impressed with the service, quality and price of the carpets we recently had fitted. All communication was answered quickly and they went out of their way to ensure we chose the right carpet for the property. They ensured it could be ordered and fitted in the very short window we had while the property was empty. If they can deliver service like that during a mini lockdown, their normal customer service must be outstanding!
