At the request of the owner, for clarification around my poor rating, I went into Somerset Tile looking to replicate a victorian porch design. I had a photo of what I was trying to achieve and asked Matthew how to go about achieving it. He was sharp and patronising towards me, responded ‘Well where are they from?’ If I knew where they were from, I would have already ordered them. I explained it was just a design I was looking to replicate and he essentially eye rolled at me. That was until my (male) partner came and joined me and his demeanour changed, he seemed to become more polite and interested

This is by far the best tile showroom I have been to in recent years. We bought tiles for bathroom and kitchen. The customer service is outstanding. Would highly recommend. 😃😃
