Very disappointing service and food last week.
My order placed on website was not seen until I rang 2 hours later.
When the food did arrive it was incorrect.
We had to argue on the phone that we did not receive what we had paid for, until the restaurant finally agreed to send the correct food.
This was very frustrating and not at all the server's fault, but the management's.
Over 3 hours after the initial order, the food arrived mediocre - certainly not the standard we've had from bithika previously.
I would be more forgiving if the management had been helpful or apolgetic instead of argumentative

Revolting food. Don't waste your money unless you enjoy your meal swimming in oily grease. This was the first time I ever managed to fold a pappadum in half without it breaking.mango chutney tasted like vinegar, raita was thin. Hardly any veg in the korma and no bindhi bhajee. This is enough to put you off BIR food for life

Absolutely Disgusted by the service. Making me wait more than an hour for my food that was paid for. Never received and my friends got there's told me it'll come in half an hour phoned back now saying they'll give me it tomorrow no no I want it now as I'm left out while my friends have eaten. Ridiculous!!! Make sure you read the orders and count them first🖕

I've been to bithika before their food is decent as I'm not much of a kebab person but would b 1 of the very few places I do like. Tonight we ordered a delivery (as apposed to collecting) pizza and 2 kebabs this took the grand total of 1 hour 45 mins to be delivered after being assured it was 10 mins away after already waiting an hour. The delivery driver couldn't crack a smile and didn't plan on giving me my change the pizza was freezing and the chips were soggy and cold the kebabs were slightly warm. I had to put the food into the oven to warm up. Definitely not how I expect a £30 meal to be

Been coming to Bithika for over 20 years and tonight I'm told they no longer do a vegetable pakora Kebab as they've changed the menu. Looks like the end of an era and a lost customer.

Absolutely the worst takeaway I've ever had. 46 years of age and first time I've ever complained about anything online. My brother who is a butcher reckons there was about 95 pence worth of chicken in their 6.95 chicken tikka kebab. Order came to nearly £23. A, frozen meal from a supermarket would have been better value. The onion chutney was just coarsely sliced onions in chilli sauce. Avoid at all costs

Love bithika have been going for years. Their chilli dipping sauce is class. Chef always makes the orders tailored to my requests and the curry is always great! I love a chicken tikka dansak! Naan breads always great too, wee bit sweet. Keema rice is also yummy!!

I have been getting from Bithika for years and am always impressed with their hot currys. They pay attention to amended orders done online and last night their employee was very pleasant, polite and patient on the phone when we had a crying new born in the background. The food once again was delicious. Keep up the good work! Thanks

To be honest I wasn't overly fussed with the takeaway we ordered from Bithika. The ordering process was great, I was able to place my order with my trusty Yelp App which was simple and easy to use. I got my order number emailed to me and went to collect my order. When we arrived our order was ready for collection however the guy serving was more interested in watching the tv than actually serving us.

We ordered the meal for one which was any starter, any main, any side and a drink for £10.95. Such great value and you weren't restricted in what you could choose, you could choose absolutely

New Years Day - you know the drill, wake up with a raging hangover and tell yourself that 'new year, new me' starts officially n the 2nd of January. Having let myself off the hook with doing any form of movement I decided to really see out 2015 with a bang by ordering an Indian.

We decided to turn to the trusty Yelp app for advice on where to get the last Indian of the Year from and low and behold we came across Bithika. The reason we choose to order from Bithika is because we noticed you could order directly through the Yelp app and set a time that you would pick your order up. This

This one of Belfast's many Indian/Kebab takeaways and to be honest it's one of the bets in the south of the city.

My prerogative when it comes to Indian food is Indie on Stranmillis, it always has and most likely always will be.... but on the odd occasion when ethanol is flowing freely through me and I require sustenance, then this place is certainly worth the trip.

They do a range of the usual suspects, I think as far as my jaded, misanthropic memory serves me was a Jalfrezi. Chunky pieces of well seared chicken in a rich, oily sauce with plenty of chilli, coriander and texture.

Bithika is an Indian takeaway on the Lisburn Road in Belfast's south side. I order from this place quite a lot and its mainly because its really good value for money. The side dish is included in the price of the main meal and all other side dishes are relatively cheap if you wish to add more. The Sagg Aloo is yummy. I could almost have a complete main meal of this stuff and be happy. The portion sizes are enormous with one meal easily being enough for two people, which is turn also makes it good value. A great little Indian takeaway.

Bithika really is a wee gem on the Lisburn Road! It's an Indian take away and not only is it cheap as chips- averaging at £5 or £6. but the food is really fantastic. We were across the road in Ryan's having a few drinks and had a real hankering for some spicy food and had heard this place was good. So we dandered over and ordered a whole heap of everything (as you do) and had quite the feast to ourselves that night..with even enough for breakfast! (no, I'm not ashamed..we've all been there!). Absolute first class!

The Lisburn Road has 1000 takeaways, many of which are bland and make the same food as the one beside it. There is always the possibility you can become disillusioned that the Lisburn Road lacks any quality takeaways. But then you stumble upon this little gem and everything changes. The food is quality and at around £5 for all of your food, its hard to beat. I've not been to an Indian where I've felt as satisfied afterwards as I did with this. It's a great place to get a great takeaway. It's even provided the food for my housemates' "Vindaloo competition" - the

This takeaway does a range of Indian food and also has a delivery service. The menu includes appetizers such as onion bhajee, pakoras and samosas.

Their main specialities are from the tandoor oven with both lamb and chicken dishes.

The quality of the food is very good and I have to stay this is my first choice takaway in Belfast.

When I have used the delivery service I have found it to be quick.
