Had Little Hong Kong twice before and food has been great and truly tasty food. Although I'm giving lower stars today purely due to poor service, wanted a takeaway Chinese tonight but after 25 minutes of trying to get through on their only phone line; either to be cut off, ringing and ringing or "on another line". We'll now be ordering from elsewhere for the night.
If you offer a takeaway service I'd suggest upping your game. I understand you prioritize the busy restaurant but a member of staff needs to be manning the phone or simply get yourself an app to make it easier for the customer.

This is a strange review, the food and service were excellent. However, the heating needs to be put on in the restaurant. It wasn't just me their was 7 of us and all felt how cold it was. I looked round and most people still had there coats on. This isn't a good, as the food is delicious and people want to feel comfortable when going for a meal. Advice: get wrapped up if booking a reservation!!

Had the starter of Chilli Chicken Wings, perfectly fine. Unfortunately my main of beef in black bean really disappointed me, the quality of the beef is some of the worst I've ever had in my life. Similar in taste to primary school beef. Just terrible, which is really unfortunate as I've had other dishes from here that are good. I'd really advise against the beef.

No expectations going in and very pleased we did.
The staff were very friendly and knew the menu well. Fetching an unusual drink choice from the bar downstairs was no issue and modifying the set banquet menu was accommodated easily.
The food was hot and well presented. Taste and texture were every bit as good as the presentation too.
Overall, we were really impressed. Comments about the price may have merit but we were early enough for the early-bird and chose the banquet menu anyway so can't complain it was expensive.
