Pizza was ok but not what was asked for entirely... Asked for a garlic base with as much pepperoni as possible; more than willing to pay for it, got almost no pepperoni and tomato base.
Also asked on the phone about paying by card but got hurled abuse by both delivery driver and the people in the restaurant on the phone to the driver.
I mean love the place usually but that was not a great experience.

I have been a customer at this place for over 2 years and in my last order this evening they were VERY RUDE. I ordered a doner kebab and on the UberEats menu it CLEAR STATES THAT IT COMES WITH SALAD. When I called the restaurant to ask him why it wasn't included he LIED and said we have to include it in the notes.. which make no sense since it is in the description part of the meal. The manager then put the phone down on me when I asked him 'is that fair?'. I went all the way to the store and he couldn't answer any of my questions and walked away when I asked him why he hung up on me. I recommend

Pay attention to your food, I was so disgusted to find out how unhygienic this place is. They were eager to get the food back and promised a call back as soon as they were to receive it. Had to phone back and ask for my money back and they didn't even apologise like they didn't even care and it was no big deal.
I will be reporting them to food standards agency and I hope they inspect and close them down if they have to.
