Capital car rentals also offer Public Carriage Office licensed vehicles which are fully compliant with existing legislation and insurance requirements. Vehicles within this classification are registered with the PCO to be used for hire & reward purposes when driven by PCO registered drivers. We can supply luxury saloons & luxury people carriers, 4x4's and 9 seater mini buses.
