Fantastic personal service. Real car enthusiasts looking after you to the best of their ability. Haven't used any mainstream Hire Companies for years since I found the guys and girls at Civilised. My go to for any vehicle you can think of on 4 wheels. They either have it in stock or can get it without issue.

Excellent service and selection! Staff was great and they really made me feel at ease renting internationally for the first time from the US.
I rented an immaculate Mercedes from them and they helped me out with the miles!
My flight ran late and they offered to stay a bit later to pick up the car (I ended up making it on time anyway but it's the thought that counts!)
Just all around a 10/10 experience!

Highly recommended, privately owned business who provide good customer service and a competitive product. We loved the fact that we could return a car at any time on a Sunday without extra charge! Van we hired was tip top quality. Allow about 20 minutes to pick up vehicle. Overall I would recommend.

These guys are great. We hired a difficult-to-find Land Rover for a two-day adventure. The car was top-notch, well cared-for and ready-to-go when we arrived. The team at Civilised Car Hire of London we very helpful and accommodating. Much better selection and service than a typical car hire service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will recommend them highly to everyone I know.

If you want a reliable car hire in SE/SW area, which will not cost you an arm and and a leg, I highly recommend Chris and Toby's crew. Great service, impressive "rock-band" fleet of vans and some fun vehicles like Jeep Renegade I rented for my trip to Lake District. They moved to their new home in Denmark Rd which is brilliantly positioned for South West and South East dwellers.
